When we provide MCA services, we obtain your information in the ways discussed below. Please note that we require certain types of information in order for us to provide MCA services to you.

User Provided Information

When you create an account to use MCA services, you agree to provide some or all of the following personal information, such as uploading content on the app or contacting us for technical support:

registration information, such as your date of birth, phone number (or email, if applicable), password, user identifier and language;

Profile information, such as your alias, profile image, gender, hometown, self-introduction, social media information, education and occupation;

Payment information such as full name, billing address, billing zip code, billing country, date of birth, purchase amount, payment method, credit or debit card number or other payment information required for payment;

Transaction information such as transaction serial number and transaction history after you purchase paid services;

When you use MCA Services for legitimate interests, we may collect some or all of the following personal information about you:

Device identifiers such as your operating system, browser type, brand, model and serial number of your mobile device, protocol (IP) address of interconnection between networks, mobile operator, screen resolution, language setting, IMEI number, IMSI number and media access control address;

Right to data portability - you can ask us to transfer certain personal information about you (if collected on the basis of your consent) in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format to you or another environment you designate (if technically feasible), by (a) using the help or feedback features on the MCA Services, or (b) emailing your request to service@MCA.net.

Right to Withdraw Consent - You may withdraw your consent and ask us not to continue to collect or process your personal information at any time if that information is based on your consent by (a) using the help or feedback features of the MCA Services or (b) collected by emailing your request to us. Your exercise of this right will not affect the processing activities that occurred prior to your opt-out.

We will retain your personal and other information for as long as you maintain your MCA account.

You can request to delete your account at any time via Me > Settings > Logout in the app or by sending an email to service@MCA.net. We will delete data that does not need to be retained for regulatory, tax, insurance, litigation or other legal requirements after we have conducted appropriate reviews. For example, we retain location, device and usage data for these purposes for a reasonable period of time necessary for these purposes; while retaining this data, it may also use it for safety, security, fraud prevention and detection, and research and development purposes. In certain circumstances, we may not be able to delete your account, such as when there is a balance on the account or an unresolved claim or dispute. Once the issue preventing deletion is resolved, we will delete the account as described above.

We may also retain certain information as necessary for safety, security and fraud prevention purposes. For example, if we deactivate a user's account due to an unsafe act or security incident, we may retain certain information about that account to prevent the user from opening a new MCA account in the future.
