This MCA User Agreement (this Agreement) applies to your use of our services (hereinafter referred to as "Services"). You are one party and the other party is MCA. For the purposes of this Agreement, you and MCA will be collectively referred to as the "Parties" and each as a "Party".

By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the revised agreement.
You can only use our services if you are over 18 years old and you have no legal age limit according to the applicable laws and regulations of your country.
Our mission is to provide better service to Tiktok livestreamers. We offer more accurate real-time data collection to help users understand their live streaming status. We also provide large pendant gameplay and special effects to make the live broadcast more vivid and increase their income.
Global access to our services
In order to operate our global services, we need to store and distribute content and data in our data centers and systems around the world, including outside your country of residence.
In order to open an account, you will be required to provide us with certain information, such as an account name and password.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, restricting access to your computer, and all activities that occur under your account or password. Please ensure that the information you provide to MCA upon registration and at other times is true, accurate, current and complete.
We may allow you to register for and log in to the Services through certain third-party services. The collection, use and disclosure of your information by third parties will be governed by the privacy policy of that third party service. We reserve the right to disable your user account at any time, including if you fail to comply with any provision of these terms, or if activity occurs on your account that, in our judgment, will or may result in harm or damage to the service or infringement or violate any third party rights, or violate any applicable law or regulation.
If you no longer want to use our services and wish to delete your account, we can handle this for you. Please contact us at service@MCA.net and we will assist you further and guide you through the process. Once you choose to delete your account, you will not be able to reactivate your account or retrieve any content or information you have added.

Your access to and use of the Services is governed by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You agree that you will abide by these Terms of Service and MCA's Community Self-Regulation Pact and will not:

Remove, circumvent, disable, corrupt or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services or User Content, prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content accessible through the Services, or impose restrictions on the use of the Services or User Content , or remove copyright or other proprietary notices on the Services or User Content;
b. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Services or any portion thereof, except and only to the extent expressly permitted by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence;
c. modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on the Services or any portion thereof, except and only to the extent that such activities are expressly permitted by applicable law, notwithstanding this limitation;
d. disrupt the operation of the Service or any user's enjoyment of the Service by any means, including uploading or otherwise transmitting viruses, adware, spyware, worms or other malicious code;
e. Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services, or violate any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Services; use the Services in any manner that may interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users fully enjoy the Service, or may impair, disable, overburden or impair functionality of the Service in any way;
f. Attempt to circumvent any content filtering technology we use, or attempt to access any service or service area to which you are not authorized;
g. Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national or international law or regulation, including but not limited to laws governing intellectual property and other proprietary rights, data protection and privacy.
MCA is not responsible for any representations or representations contained in User Content. MCA DOES NOT ENDORSE ANY USER CONTENT, OPINIONS, ADVICE OR ADVICE EXPRESSED HEREIN AND MCA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY RELATING TO USER CONTENT. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MCA reserves the right to delete, filter or edit any User Content posted or stored on the Service at any time without notice, including if such User Content violates these Terms of Use of the Service or applicable law , you will be solely responsible for creating backup copies of any User Content you post or store on the Service, at your own expense and expense. Any use of the Services in violation of the above terms is a violation of these Terms of Use and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your right to use the Services.
We accept major credit cards, certain debit cards and/or other payment methods that we may offer to you through our website from time to time as forms of payment. You are bound by all terms and conditions of your chosen payment method. By submitting an order through the Services, you authorize us or our designated payment processor to charge the purchase amount to the account designated by you. All payments are made in US dollars unless other currencies are offered through the payment methods offered by MCA.
Our payment processing partners may require you to provide certain personal data (for example, a valid government-issued ID, your legal name, address, and date of birth) in order to make payments through their financial institutions and to comply with applicable international, National, federal, state and local laws and regulations. They can also communicate directly with you about any payment issues.
If a purchase is declined online due to a problem with your payment method, please make sure all data is correct and resubmit. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MCA reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to terminate your license to use the Services (including posting User Content) and to block or prevent your future access and use of the Services, including where we reasonably believe that: (a) your use of the Services violates this Agreement or applicable law; (b) you are using or misusing the Services fraudulently; or (c) for technical or legitimate business reasons, we cannot continue to provide the Services to you. This includes the ability to terminate or suspend your access to any purchased product or service. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY DISSATISFACTION WITH: (i) the Services, (ii) any terms of these Terms of Service, (iii) any policies or practices of MCA in operating the Services, or (iv) any content or information transmitted through the Services, will terminate your account and cease use of any and all parts of the Services.
You are solely responsible for any risk involved in using the MCA Services. ANY USE OF OR RELIANCE ON MCA SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
IN NO EVENT WILL MCA WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED. The timeliness, security and accuracy of the services are also not guaranteed. You acknowledge and agree that the Services are provided by MCA on an "as is" basis. MCA MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION AND SUPPLY OF SUCH SERVICES OR ANY PART OF THIS SERVICES. MCA assumes no responsibility for the quality, timeliness, accuracy or completeness of the services, nor for any consequences that may arise from your use of such services.
MCA DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY AND COMPLETENESS OF ANY EXTERNAL LINKS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE AND/OR ANY EXTERNAL LINKS PLACED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. MCA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT OF ANY LINKED SITE OR ANY LINK CONTAINED IN A LINKED SITE, AND MCA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. Furthermore, MCA is not responsible for the content of any web pages that point to you through external links not under the control of MCA.
MCA shall not be liable for service interruptions or other deficiencies caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond MCA's control. However, MCA shall use reasonable endeavours to minimise the resulting loss and impact on you.
This agreement constitutes a complete agreement on the matters agreed upon by both parties and other related matters. Except as provided in this Agreement, neither party to this Agreement shall have any other rights.
If any provision of this Agreement is made invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by a competent authority for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will survive and be binding.
The headings in this agreement are for convenience and should not be taken into account when interpreting this agreement.
