MCAStar uses a subscription-based license model. All prices below are listed in Japanese yen (JPY).

How to Purchase#

  1. Visit MCA CMS to register or sign in.
  2. Choose the subscription duration you need and complete the purchase in MCA CMS.
  3. After payment, go to User Management - Activation code to extract your activation code.
  4. Enter the activation code when MCAStar starts for the first time to activate the device.

Quick Purchase (Renewal for Expired Devices)#

If a device license has already expired, there is no need to contact support or go back to MCA CMS: the MCAStar activation screen shows a Quick Buy & Activate entry directly, so you can complete the renewal from within the app.

  1. Click Quick Buy & Activate on the activation screen. A plan selection dialog opens with the recommended 365-day plan preselected and the estimated expiration date shown.
  2. After choosing a plan, click pay. Your browser opens the Stripe payment page, which supports cards, 3D Secure, WeChat Pay, Alipay, and other methods.
  3. Once payment completes, MCAStar activates the current device automatically — no activation code is needed. The dialog then switches to the payment success screen.

When the entry is visible

The Quick Buy & Activate entry appears only after the device license has expired; devices with a valid license do not see it.

If the payment page does not open

The dialog provides a Reopen the payment page. button. Payment results usually sync within a few seconds. If it takes too long, close the dialog, enter it again, and check the device status.

Purchase Notes#

  • MCAStar is licensed per terminal device (PC Device), and one license can activate only one PC at a time.
  • The license period starts from the first activation. If the license has not been used yet, the countdown does not begin.
  • All online payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not and cannot access your confidential banking or credit card information.
  • We do not currently offer automatic recurring billing, and we will not send invoices without your authorization.
